Payments Advisory and Insights was founded by a team of payments practitioners who spent decades inside banks, payment schemes, and technology companies — and grew frustrated watching institutions make expensive mistakes that better advice could have prevented.
We set out to build a different kind of advisory firm: one that combines the rigour of global consulting with the speed and pragmatism of a specialist boutique. One that works across the full payments value chain — from issuing and acquiring through to loyalty, fleet cards, and AI-powered tools.
Today we operate from offices in South Africa, Singapore, Kenya, and Nigeria, serving clients across Africa, Asia, and beyond. Our work spans Visa and Mastercard scheme advisory, central bank payment system design, mobile money strategy, and custom AI product development for financial institutions.
